Basically, what I want is a router that has zero LAN plugs.

Because I'm living in university residence, and I have a wire socket on the wall, and I want to use wireless internet in the room.

So, I want the cheapest way to plug a cable from the wall socket into [device], and the device giving me a secure wireless that I'll set myself for personal use.

I want cheap options, if you have any to suggest.

    Thanks!!!

Yeah, a wireless router can be had for $15-$20 if you shop around, and probably less if you buy used on Craigslist. You aren't going to get a discount by not having the LAN ports.
