    Intel 7265 is an M.2 factor while your card is mini PCI Express, so no - until 7265 gets released in that format, it is not compatible.

    It should assuming Toshiba doesn't use white-listing anymore. I'm pretty sure they used to at some point and I think they don't do it anymore but you'' have to check that before buying. Also there are issues with 7260 so I hope you gave a 802.11ac router or at least any router that works in 5GHz band.
