    Is G+ compatible with G?

    In other words, under a/b/g frequencies, does G+ qualify as "g?" Thanks

    And THIS looks like a pretty sweet deal!

    Yes it is compatable with g. It says so on the page.

    Ah, I read the whole page after reading your post, and saw it. I scanned for somewhere where it would say something like that, but didn't find it after scanning initially. They make it seem pretty technial with the IEEE, just the port :D

    My apologies - I'm a laptop newbie and my first laptop will be arriving this week when I get home from university :D

    Eh, yeah it seems like a crazy deal to me, though it IS on sale, and SMC (a less popular brand than Linksys, D-Link, or Netgear). And it's well-known store selling it, so it's not an underground deal... Still I think we'll wait, as my parents will be buying the router for our home network.
