    Well my internet problems are over baby! Proof Here!
    Well this was the situation:
    I made a total of 53 calls to comcast. Had 4 techs come out at different times and nothing. So i called and complained and i got this month free for internet. So i was having horrible cable and non working internet / when it did work, it was under 1mbps. So when tech number 4 came out (1 for removing filter/ 2 for replacing cable from pole to house/ 3 for replacing everything in house). So 4 came and of coarse i told comcast to send a line tech but they send a ground tech. He comes and i laughed because the internet wasnt working and cable was fuzzy. He calls his own place and reports this. He said within 24 hours they will be out. Now this is just our house because no one reported this. They come within an hour with 2 huge trucks with 4 guys on opposite sides were i lived. Quite a far down from me. They did work on it, but i dont think i will find what the problem was. Someone called and all they said was it was a major huge problem. So i think they replaced all the boxes and cables so everything is in great condition!
    Advice for comcast buyers: Please, Please yell at the techs and ask for there manager, the only way to get things done is to do that. :)
    But hey, when it works its awesome!

    Nice job. Yes, I found that getting to managers is sometimes the only way to get a decent answer.
