I am looking for a free application that will allow me to limit the daily download amount on a computer (e.g. after 300mb limit passed, a message comes up or stops internet access etc).

Does anybody know of any good ones?

I have found a few that tell you how much you have used, but they do not actually limit it.

Thanks in advance for any help.
