Im paying for Uverse and have 3 DVRs and have my DSL with ATT as well. anytime Im doing something online that uses alot data while online, my tv program will freeze and lag up. like if I am watching a youtube video on my laptop and have my tv on any of thechannels. what ever is being displayed freezes or lags. if i close the lid on my laptop, Bam everything is being displayed on the TV perfectly.

happens in all the rooms, the DSL highspeed is interefering with the Cable service. even if im not watching anything if something is being recorded during the time period while im using some heavy data online it will be laggy when I play the video later on.

im using the DSl filters, not sure what else to check.

That is an inherent limitation of Uverse. Uverse has a maximum bandwidth it can support and it sounds like your reaching the top end of that bandwidth when you're using the Internet. This is one of the reasons Uverse only supports 4 HD channels at one time.

As far as a fix goes, there isn't one. This is literally a limitation of the technology. You can only compress a signal so much in order for it to run over a twisted pair before you start having severe picture quality issues.

I've never seen any interference and we've had people watching different HD channels in different rooms while all three laptops are using the wifi (1 gaming/2 surfing).

Three TV's, one DVR and I think we have the 12MB internet now. AT&T had to replace our modem when it failed and we got a newer model (can't remember which 2wire).

I'd get a hold of AT&T and have them look into it if I were you.
