A newbie in networking here, so heres the scenario, I connect my laptop to internet using EDGE of my cellfone (aka dial-up), then I enabled Internet Connection Sharing for that dial-up, So whoever connects to our peer-to-peer wifi connection can connect thru me, thru my dial-up. We are able to make it work, however how can i make my connection secured? because we live in an apartment where we usually stumble with other ad-hoc wifi connection, so if were broadcasting our ad-hoc connection, how can i know who is connected to that network? or at least how could i know who is using my internet connection sharing?

yes, its showing as "Security-enabled computer-to-computer network" is that enough?

i remember in windows NT and windows 9x it has a netwatch were i can see who is connected with me, is there a software that can do that? it seems that they have removed it from windows xp.
