What do I need in a laptop to use intel wireless display? I'm confused.

I was always under the impression that all I need was a compatible i3/i5/i7 processor and a TV adapter.

But according to this page, I must also have Intel HD graphics and an Intel wireless card?

Does that mean I can't use Intel WiDi if I have discrete graphics or a non-intel wireless card?

You definitely need a compatible wireless card.
I didn't know you need an Intel graphics too but apparently that's the case.
