I have 1 year old SAGER NP7856 laptop with Win 10 installed. The issue I have seen lately is that while my wifi will not disconnect from my wifi router, it will drop the internet and say "not connected." I fix this usually by disconnecting from my router in Win 10 and then reconnecting. Since I use my laptop primarily to play Call of Duty, i only notice this problem when i get kicked from a server. I don't see this problem happening on my other devices during the times it happens on my laptop (including a work laptop that doesn't have any connection issues).

The network adapters I have listed in Device Manager is the Wireless AC 9560 but I also occasionally use Nord VPN so there is a "NordLynx Tunnel" and "TAP-NordVPN Windows Adapter V9" listed in device manager as well, along with "Bluetooth Device Personal Area Network" "Realtek PCIe Gbe family controller" and several adapters named "WAN miniport." I don't know if any of them are the reason for my problems. Also I am not using Nord VPN when these issues happen, although that doesn't mean their "network devices" listed here aren't causing an intererence.

Lastly I'll say I tried all three of the suggestions here (the one on the top and the first 2 listed under them) and the problem still remained. Thanks for any help.

I've seen issues with wifi mostly based on the settings on the router / AP side.

There's a bunch of factors that fold into the status changes whether it can reach the DNS name it periodically checks to actually disconnecting from the wifi link with the router.

Have you made any changes to the settings on either side? (channel, bandwidth, firmware)

For instance I recently switched to 802.11AX and have been playing with the settings to optimize speed / bandwidth. I was able to set the AP to 160mhz (2.4gbps) and it was stable but wasn't actually pushing the spectrum to 160mhz. I set it back to 80mhz (1.2gbps) and got a little more stability out of it on daily use. I added another AX client to the mix and the spectrum when on 160mhz showed the allocation of the full signal vs reporting only 80mhz. I figured maybe this would push it to the 2.4gbps bandwidth I was anticipating with this setup. Well, for whatever reason adding a 2nd client with AX to the mix pushed the laptop to spontaneously say it was offline and disrupt things until disco/reco to the AP even though the adapter was stating it was connected but w/o internet. Even in this state though of being connected but not hitting sites the local devices were unavailable also.

@kiteman112000 try disabling packet coalescing in adapter settings, it may help.
