Is anyone experiencing any interference of Intel or any other wireless PCI card in their notebooks with listening music in any player? Like glitches.

What type of glitches are you encountering?

If it is stuttering or skipping audio then it could be a process running that it eating up all of your resources or it could be a failing hard drive.

Yes it is some kind of stuttering, not skipping. My processor is working normaly when listening music, like 10%. I am using Statbar so it is being monitored all the time.

It is much longer when acquiring IP address, but not every time, more like when it has some difficulties connecting.
I replaced to new card, before I was using Gigabyte with Atheros chip but it was same thing. Now I have Intel 4965 AGN, newest drivers, newest chipset and audio drivers. I even did a fresh XP install and then the new drivers. It was reduced but as I said I can still hear it sometimes.

That's not related to interference, it must be some applications running in the background getting time attention from the CPU, that's what is causing the stuttering. Check them with the TM, cancel those you think are not necessary and then see if that solve the issue.

OK. I'll try that but just noticed turning the wireless with switch makes this stuttering sound.

Then it looks like a bad connection of that sort.
