    Intel Pro 3945ABG to Intel Pro 4965AGN

    I have a HP DV6000 notebook and I want to replace the internal wireless mini card (intel pro 3945) to an intel pro 4965AGN module will i encounter any issues?

    Wait, isn't the DV6000 a non-Santa Rose (Napa) platform? If so, then I think it will not work at all, or if it does, then you won't be able to get the Wireless-N speeds.

    Well when people say dv6000 it could mean any number in that series, be it 6500 or 6600 or 6700. He was just saying the series, not the exact model number.

    Yes my DV6000 is a Napa platform. If any i guess im stuck with a USB adapter or an Expresscard adapter.
