I noticed that the 6205 is the current 2x2 Intel card. Considering the 6300 doesn't have a successor, what's the difference between the 6200 and it's replacement the 6205?

What is the difference between the two? Both are being offered as an upgrade for $20.

    Thanks :)

By the looks of it 6205 is 802.11n compatible while 6200 was 802.11n draft 2.0 compatible. There seem to be some changes concerning 2.4GHz 40MHz coexistence mechanism that are implemented in 6205 but were not in 6200.

Not sure but there won't be much. Check Intel ARK but probably 6205 offers Wiamx or something.

Wimax is the third digit = 5, not the fourth, so 5150/5350/6250 for example. If its 3 then it has bluetooth apparently like the 6230.

Looks like they're (generally) following a pattern:

    6 : generation
    2 : chains
0 : feature on usb port
    5 : revision
