    Hello Everyone,
This is my first post here, so I apologize in advance for anything I do wrong.

I bought an Intel 6200 WLAN/WiFi card and am trying to use it with my Sager NP8235 Notebook.
I installed it correctly after removing the keyboard and replacing factory Realtek WLAN card, but the operating system does not detect it even after installing the drivers from the Intel site through Ethernet. I currently have Windows 8.1 64-bit.

    Please advice.

P.S. Is this card even compatible with this Sager model? Thank you.

It doesn't detect it at all or does it show "code 10 device can't start" in the device manager?

It does not detect it at all. I made sure it was correctly connected, and tried it out like ten times.

Can you check if it is detected under a different OS - you could boot Ubuntu from USB stick.
Another thing would be to check this card in another notebook if you can.

To answer your first question - this card should work in your notebook. The only problem you could have is if you bought a card meant for Lenovo or HP laptop which wouldn't start properly but would still show in device manager.

Also to rule out the dumb - make sure that any physical switch for Wi-Fi is on (although the card should show in Device Manager anyway)

I bought a Bigfoot Killer N 1202 WLAN Card, since it is much better than the 6200, so I will install that instead when I receive it, thank you for everything anyways.
