What router do you have, and what firmware are you running?

I managed to fixed it lol

It was my router was causing the problems not my wireless card my router is connected to my old desktop computer somehow it had a serious virus that made windows not load up at all so i reformated it and installed my wireless router software on it now its working just fine and my speeds are back to normal and no disconnections at all :D
