    Hi,
I wanted to use a separate wireless card. I did function F2 to disable. I have tried both with windows and other software to manage card. (both work). The trouble, on system startup, I don't get a connection from the wireless card, I have to eject , put it back in, and it connects instantly. (using wep shouldn't matter).

Now, if I do F(n) and F2 to disable , I'm imagining the main one is disabled (it shows such after it starts up), so why would the 2nd wireless card need to be ejected to take effect.

Note" its not that it doesn't show up in system, it just doesn't associate .. until this is done? Anyone with similar situation with this wireless card (on 9300) and wanting to use a 2nd one, having issues?

** as an aside-- interesting that ethereal and other packet sniffers haven't built in support for 2200 BG , but this isn't my main concern.

    Thank you/
