    Hello folks,

I am wondering if I can increase power/range of my laptop's WiFi card (Dell Wireless 1350 WLAN Mini-PCI) from these advanced settings.

    Afterburner
    Antenna Diversity
    AP Compatibility Mode...etc

    (Start-Connect To-Wireless Network Connection-Properties-Configure-Advanced)

    Thanks all.

    JC

Your only option is to set at MAX Power, or replace the card. Some routers do not have a very good receiver. Most card are in the 50mw range.

They make some hi-power cards. http://www.netgate.com/index.php?cPath=26_34

Too bad I don't have that option, MAX POWER. Oh well, thank you.
