I am looking for a cost effective NAS to be used primarily for IP Cam FTP storage.

I already have DNS323, but this is limited to just 10 FTP connections implying it will limit me to only 10 cameras; I might need more FTP connections.

Does anyone know what NAS is capable of more than 10 FTP connections? I need at least 16 FTP connections.

DLNA capability is important too. This enables smartTVs, smartphones and Tablets to view the videos.

I am also contemplating on a cheap Netbook (~$150), install FileZilla server for the FTP, and connect it to either NAS or external HD boxes for the storage. This option gives me versatility of an added intelligent device that can be used to manage storage devices, purge old videos and the like. But a netbook isnt built for 24/7 operation unfortunately which is the single biggest letdown.

My other option is to just use multiple NAS... what do you think ?

    I'd appreciate your NAS recommendations.
