Certain websites seem to never allow me to enter.

I've turned off all firewalls, guards, et cetera, but I still can't go. Yes, others can easily access these websites.

    http://exteel.plaync.co.kr/

    www.game-pure.com

    exteel.iam-interactive.com/

And several more. Any reasons/resolutions? I've tried DNS flushings, unchecking TCS 1.0, etc. Nothing worked as of yet.

The one thing that you haven't mentioned is the one thing that controls your site access - your Internet Options settings.

    Go here:

    1. Start - Control Panel
    2. Internet Options
    3. Start by clicking on the Security Tab, and the Internet icon. Move the slider to where it says Medium or Medium High. If you want you can run through and set all of them to their lowest settings first, then adjust them as necessary to increase your access security.
    4. Go through each icon - Intranet, Trusted and Restricted sites. Add good sites to the list, bad ones if you want. Set the slider as needed for each one.
    5. Click on the Privacy tab - set it to Low or Medium depending on your preference.

Go through the other tabs and adjust settings as you require. The Advanced setting are for individual browser performance settings. Click on Apply, then close your browser and restart it.
