Whenever i go to google.com or yahoo.com, it directs me to google.mx. I'm located in mexico at the moment but i want to make it show the us version of google and yahoo.

Can someone tell me how to fix this issue? I had fixed this issue a while back but don't recalled what i did.

I also know some sites go to the .mx site but i have no issue with that. But with google etc, i want it to go to the us site.

Another thing but if you do this, does this mean other sites will show up as us as well? For example here when i go to walmart.com, it never goes to walmart.com and always go to walmart.mx. With amazon when i go to amazon.com, it goes to amazon.com. Does this solve the walmart.mx issue? Back then i did something where it would directly to google.com us site and yahoo.com us site but walmart never ever went to walmart.com

You can use a vpn to make it think your in the U.S. That's easily the most surefire way to have it work.

Google Uk has a small thing you can click towards the bottom where it directs you to google.com (us site).. Not sure where OP is located but that should also be there..

In Firefox, once you visit the above URL, Google will always show search resuslts on Google.com

Not sure if it sticks as well in Chrome but the first thing I do after installing Firefox and all my add-ons is to visit that URL
