    Hi,
I have the intel Pro/100 VE on my computer, and am connected at college. I was wondering how to change the connection speed because it only connects at 10mb/s, and goes much slower than that. Some people are connecting at 100mb/s is there a way to change this.
    Thanks.

Might be connect at 10mbps if there is negotain problems. Most NIC cards are Auto-Detec. Meaning they will negotaite with the other end on a speed. You can check the setting of the NIC card by:Right Clicking My Computer>Proprities>Hardware>Device Manager>Network Adapters>Right Clicking on Intel Card>Proprities>Advanced>Link Speed and Duplex! It should say Auto.
