I'm trying to access walmart.com the us site in another country on my computer because i want to purchase a few things and have it sent to the my us address when i get back there. When i visit walmart, it directs me to only the walmart site in the country where im located.

Is there a way to do this without using a vpn?

VPN is the most secure way if you are going to be entering payment details. If you are tech oriented, you could use AWS cloud servers free account to build a free micro server in a US region and proxy your web traffic through the server.

If I were you I'd give Express VPN or Hotspot Shield a try.

Out of 74 VPNs I believe Express VPN is ranked #1 while HSS is 31st.

I stick with HSS mostly because I've been using it for many years and 5 devices cost me $20/yr

Maybe at next renewal I'll give Express VPN a try?

Use a VPN. There are a number of them out there; personally I use PIA but there are a few other good ones you can use.

If it's just for accessing US website version than maybe a proxy would be enough?
