    Hi all.

    I'd like to be able to share files between my desktop and my laptop. I have no idea, for the life of me, how to do this.

    Any help will be appreciated!

    Its fairly easy
    Both machine on the same network config / workgroup, setup firewalls, enable file and printer sharing, setup shares and go -

    If you encounters problems, temp disable your firewall on your pc's. But do not connect to the outside world while your fw is down.
