This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I was at Best Buy today and I noticed this product being sold. ANyone familiar with it? I was interested in setting up a monitor, speakers, etc. I thought this would be a good idea since it would allow me to use the laptop as a PC with the convenience of only unplugging the PCI card connection for portability. Does the product work well? It is somewhat pricey for $200. ANything else out there that would work like this product minus the price? does the product slow everything down or this it work as described> thank you
