I have a desktop computer running XP with a HP 3200SE LaserJet All in One.
I just purchased a Asus notebook.
Can I print from my Notebook to this printer some how ?

    Thanks

I assume your printer is currently connected to the desktop, and both the desktop and notebook are connected to a router, is that right?

If that is the case then you can share the printer on your desktop and connect to it from the notebook to print. Read this to see how.
