I'm having a problem with my Dell EXP m1530. It has the new wireless-N card (4965AGN) and for some odd reason its MAC address is all 0's. I go to the run box>type in cmd>ipconfig/all and under the wireless card, and find that in the "Physical Address" section. I'm not sure if this is normal, or if it's malfunctioning. Does everybody else with an XPS m1530 have a MAC address of all 0's for their wireless connection?

Look in the advanced settings of the card. Some have a place to enter a alt MAC address. Make sure it is clear or enter the mac the card is suppose to be.
