    Help Connected but access is extremely limited

    Ok heres the story.. earlier yesterday i couldnt connect to neighbors wifi.. and its is open and i have been getting on with no problems everyday.. and i think as i was fiddling around i might have changed something because... now when i select and connect to their network.. upon opening the browser i get a comcast signup screen.. what do i do..previously.. it would just say web page not responding.. now i get this on my browser abotu signup to comcast.. can anyone help me please.. the only thing that is promising is the indication that i do have local/internet access... on the network icon.. but.. I DONT HAVE ACCESS... any help to steer me in the right direction is appreciated.. thank you alll in advance

    Maybe they secured their network so you don't steal their internet.

    nah its open access i just keep getting welcome to comcast even when i try reloading an entering another add

    Stealing internet is wrong, and Comcast is seeing you are not registered with them. So you are now marked.

    Comcast prohibits sharing internet with neighbor and friends that do not live in the same household.
