I just purchaced one of these. im connected but with a poor signal. I read on the net to disable the wireless utility that comes with the software as it conflicts with the standard windows network manager. I cant seem to find it to disable it. could someone tell me where to locate it? thanks guys@!

Check msconfig for a program in a c:\program files\hawking directory

Just in case you don't know, the antenna you have is DIRECTIONAL, not omni-directional.

That means you need to point in toward your router or access point to be effective.
