    Im upgrading my router from a Actiontec/Qwest PK5000 (G) to a Actiontec Qwest Q1000 (N)

simply took all of the cables from pk5000 and put them into the q1000.
internet light is red, router not syncing.
Also, it wont allow me to go into the router..."yes I ran ipconfig in CMD and typed my default gateway into the url" I have no idea whats wrong

when I did this before to upgrade to my pk5000, it worked fine...
To me it appears as though i would need to contact my ISP and upgrade my service (which i dont really want to do)
