I have an envy 15 that came back from repair (replacement display) without functional Bluetooth. The Bluetooth module is housed in the display. If definitely exists and the cable is seated properly. Bluetooth is missing from my device manager as well. Any thoughts?

BT is usually invisible in device manager until activated by a key combo. I think it's Fn + F12.
Sometimes this combo doesn't work unless special software is installed- usually it's the same software that makes all the touch buttons working.

f12 is my button for all wireless services. It enables/disables bluetooth and wifi. It's on, and wifi is definitely working since I'm replying from the computer. Bluetooth is missing from my system tray, my bluetooth mouse disappeared from my devices and there is nothing bluetooth related in settings to be found on this computer anymore.

Yes. I tried reinstalling all wireless drivers from HP's website. I shouldn't be having software issues in the first place, as nothing software related was even changed. Any other ideas? Thanks!

Yeah they have already ordered a new display. The computer doesn't recognize any Bluetooth module on the PC.
