    HP Elitebook 2540p issue

    I have just done a fresh install of Windows 7 onto a HP Elitebook 2540p but cannot get on line either by wifi or direct connection via the Ethernet port, the green and orange led's are flashing above the port so obviously it's chatting, also the blue wifi light is on but no connection any help would be great
