    Hi,

    I was hosting a Counter-strike server... known as HLDs.

    But it wasnt being detected by my friends... i think its coz of Proxy.


    How to Let my comp.. connect to internet without PRoxy?

    On XP it can be found under the Internet Properties (control panel), connections.

    There shouldnt be a proxy by default.

    I just loaded my server, it shows it connected to the Master Server, and my server is full every day! :D

    Man... your ISP must be good.

    I think my ISP (Singnet) is using a Transparent Proxy server.

    I even did a Port Forwarding but

    No one can find my server automatically... i have to manually give IP to all my friends...

    Can u help me out?

    Use a dyndns to link, like DynDNS. This is a router option, most offer free services. That way they can always find you, no matter what the IP address.
