Today Google launched their own DNS service.

I've been a long time user of OpenDNS and now I'm wondering which to use. For those that fear Google is getting too powerful and don't want them taking any more of your info, then you already made your decision.
But I'm open to using whichever DNS service is the best. As of now, I think I still prefer OpenDNS because of the many extra features. But if Google proves to be substantially faster, then I may have to switch.

Which DNS server will you choose?

I'm using OpenDNS atm. I'm not even sure if there is a performance boost between either one. I wouldn't mind if Google gets the telecoms to boost their bandwidths. I'd like more bandwidth without taking out a second mortgage.

    LOL.

They do have a pretty good project going to replace the http protocol. About time, that we move to bigger and better things IMO.

This is just another way for G to grab user surfing habits and usage data.

It's is probably time to stop feeding the (new) evil empire.

Seems like it's pretty split between OpenDNS and Google right now. I will be sticking with OpenDNS because of the extra features until I hear that Google is noticeably faster.

Is there anyone who has tried both and would be able to make a comparison?
