I want to stop using a Google account and I've deleted everything on Gmail box and Google drive, however, Google status always shows that there is 5MB used in Gmail. However, I'm prettty sure that all mails in inbox, sent box, trash and spam box are all clear. I don't know where it's saving that 5MB? I want to check to make sure nothing useful is left in the box before I stop using it. But where is that 5MB?

its probably your user information that takes up that space. if you delete your account everything is most likely cleaned.

This is goggle we're talking about, one of the companies where we are the products. Is anything ever cleaned from their systems?
