I'm ordering an m57RU divine-x from eurocom and these are the two wireless network cards they offer. Is there a difference between the two? Here is the full description of both.

802.11n; up to 300Mbps; Intel Wireless WiFi 4965AGN; Mini PCIe; 2.4 and 5GHz [add $105]
    802.11n; up to 300Mbps; Wireless Wi-Fi; Gigabyte GN-WI06N-RH; PCIe Mini Card; 2.4 and 5GHz [add $86]

Is there any reason to go for the intel card over the gigabyte one for the extra $19? Or are the two cards essentially the same? Thanks!

*bump*, i would actually like to know this myself.

A CSR at eurocom told me that intel has a lower failure rate than the gigabyte, so i'm guessing that say in 4 years time, when the gigabyte could possibly start to not work, the intel would be going strong

However, I'd like to know anyone's experience with a Gigabyte card, cause I honestly don't like the Intel G cards that much, I dunno what to expect from the N's.

I don't know anything abou the Gigabyte card, but the Intel 4965AGN is horrible. I'm in the process of replacing my Intel card for the Gigabyte card as well.

Im surprised people are calling the 4965 horrible. Mine has been a dream since I got it. If you do not know the few tricks to getting it configured I suppose it might seem like a nightmare.
