My roommate's computer (Fujitsu LifeBook S6230) crashed and although we managed to recover it, for some reason she can't get online. We have reinstalled BlueTooth however it cannot connect for some reason. I checked the network connections window however she only has one connection, and it is not for wireless.

Help with how we can get her wireless back, please?

She uses bluetooth to get online? Doesn't that computer have a wireless NIC? Check the system hardware and look for hardware with a question mark or exclamation point.
