Hi guys, I've been trying to get a friend to open some ports on her router to host some games for our group, but even thought the port-forwarding part is done correctly (as I saw), the whole thing still doesn't work.

When testing the ports we opened, PFPortChecker says that her router can't be pinged.

So.. I know there's not much information to this, but.. what could she do about this?

As an additional piece of information, when connected to Hamachi, she gets a "!" in a yellow triangle and the error related to this says "Failed to connect to the network adapter. Peer is not accessible via VPN". Not sure if this is because of the router being unable to be pinged.
