    Hi,

My friend has an email account with Freeserve.

    It's stopped working.

His browser say he needs to enable cookies to make it work. I've told him how to enable cookies by setting the slider to medium in the privacy tab of internet options, he says he's done it, but it's still not working (using IE6 or IE7).

Orange insist that it's an error their end, but he's convinced that it's his end.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks very much,

    Froskoy.

Freeserve is now owned by Orange , and they have been closing Freeserve unused email accounts.

One way to check is to goto the Orange website and try to log into the email account there, if you can it`s most likely a problem with settings.
