This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I would prefer a old pc connected to a wireless router that has been exposed to web with out any AV or FW for 30 days. Just full of viruses and bad things with the gateway pointing to it. Let it test their security when they connect to it. If they spend their time reloading the pc they will spend less time doing illegal activity.
