ok, so i just got a wireless router. Its a linksys, and i have a PC connected to it with an eithernet cable, and i have my laptop which is connected to it wirelessly. They both have got internet, without me really doing to much. I plugged it in and they worked. My question is, how can i set them up to share files, and a printer. On my laptop, i went to "set up a wireless network for home or small business." I went through that set up, and it asked me to save some settings to a jump drive. Ive done that. Then it told me to plug thos into the actual router....is that right? my router doesn't have a usb. and when i try to run the files on the PC, i get an error. Could someone help me here?

    thanks.

Sharing a printer or drive should be no different than a wired router.

Right click on the drive or printer and hit the sharing option. Often times the firewall can be an issue for sharing network resources.

With the settings you saved to the usb drive. Take it to the computer that did not do the setup. Do the same process, but there is an option to import settings.
