I have a Asus N75 laptop, tp-link router 941nd and the Dreambox 8000 HD, which are networked.
Dreambox LAN via cable and Asus Wifi.

When upload (eg films) from the Asus to dreambox via Total Commander I get the following results:

    1. When I connected Asus with lan cable and Dreambox with lan cable, Up and Down ftp is the same. about 11.000-12.000kbytes/sec

2 - When the Asus have WiFi connection upload to my Dreambox does not exceed 2.500kbytes/sec. but download from Dreambox is about 5.000kbytes/sec.

I do not understand why upload and dovnload not symmetrical when the Asus is WiFi connected.

Is there a way to fix it and get more upload speed

My OS is Windows 7 64

When you use wireless to connect, there will be packet loss due to interference or because your laptop doesn't receive all the packets properly and discards those that are incomplete, drastically reducing the upload/download speed. This also happens to my NAS, and the only way I can think of fixing this is to get a better wlan card and router which will reduce packet loss that will help speeds, but will not come anywhere near lan speeds.

I understand that. But my question is: Why up/down is not symetrical when I have used wifi on My laptop. Why my ftp upload from laptop to dreambox is 50% lower than to my download from dreambox?
I have Intel centrino wirelss N1030 card in my laptop...

    From Intel specs:
If you want proper speeds you need a proper card like Intel 6200 which is 2T2R meaning 300mbps in both directions.

I solved the problem. In power saving manager I change value from maximum power saving to maximum performance on battery. It is strange that this is reflected in the plugged in work, but seems that it is the known problem with Intel N1030 wifi card. Now I have upload speed cca 3.200-3.500bytes/sec

That's up to 3.9MB/s which is consistent with 150mbps but that still means your download speed is too low at this point.
Check if your router supports 300mbps connection at all (40MHz channels to be more specific)

Make sure that it's also set to 40MHz when you go to device manager, choose your Intel card, click properties and choose advanced tab (it has to be 40MHz or AUTO if the former is not available)

but compare to this I must have over 4mb/s.... and I have not.... :(

It's roughly the right number. You can try to tweak it a bit more by changing wireless channels and so on but you're very close to the limit so don't keep your hopes up.
