It seems as if every large file I download is corrupt. I know the original files are working fine since they download with no problem on my other computer. I just cannot figure out what is causing this and it is making me absolutely FURIOUS!! I have searched all over the net and I cant find a solution.
My computer is a brand new sager np5793 with windows vista 64 bit.
Can someone here help me? I will provide whatever information you need.

What kinds of files are these? How are you downloading them?

rar, zip, exe files so far are the only ones that have given me trouble. I have tried downloading them through firefox, chrome, and IE. I've tried disabling my firewall and this did not help any either.

Can you post your packet loss, error rate.etc and all the important WIFI adapter information on here?
-
The file downloads with no problem at all and everything looks fine. It's just whenever I open it and try to install or unzip the file that I get the errors. It's usually a tiny portion of the file that gets corrupt and it ruins the whole process.

My wifi adapter is a Intel(R) WiFi Link 5100 AGN. I don't know how to find my packet loss, error rate info. -
are you SURE that whatever program you are using to open up downloads is good??
Everything I download is corrupt
