    Differences between Dlink DI-524 & DI-624?

    Hi guys, anyone knows which one is better and what's the differences? Or should I go for Linksys?

    I like Linksys a a lot, then Netgear. I would really say to look at the Linksys WRT54G router.

    The 624 has a 108Mb top speed, when used with an appropriate (proprietary) dLink 108Mb card. The 524 tops out at 54Mb. For internet use (the fastest cable modem goes 6Mb) either will work. You'd only notice a difference transferring large files to or from a desktop or other server.

    Ok, I live in a condo, I have 2 Notebooks and 1 desktop, would DI-524 do the job? Someone said D1-524 is good for 1 or 2 computers? BTW, there was one I found today that has a F/W Ver.1.12. Is that good?
