Hey guys, to cut it short, just wondering... what's the difference between:

    1) 802.11 Wireless a/b/g/n + Bluetooth Combo Card
    and
    2)Intel Advanced-N 6230 Wireless-N + Bluetooth Combo Card

the first option is a standard, and the second option is a +$35 upgrade

Worth it? If i upgrade to the second option, can it pick up a/b/g networks as well? Help would be much appreciated!

Ah. Thanks. If i do get the 6300 option, and I'd still like the internal bluetooth option ( for convenience), is it possible?

That depends, if the laptop has the connector on the motherboard to install a standalone bluetooth module, then you should get both. There is the 6330 too if i'm not mistaken which offers the same performance as the 6300 and has bluetooth. I have absolutely no idea if it suffers from the same issues that has been affecting some 6230 users though.
