Hi, a few months ago, there was a thread about people's bluetooth service not working, and the general consensus was that a missing devmonsrv.exe file was the cause. Several people had helpfully posted links to the file. I have the same problem with my XPS15, and have clicked on all the links posted, but they're either expired or not working. Is there any chance that someone can repost the link to the file? I have tried downloading the driver and reinstalling it from support.dell.com, but the installation fails. Any help is much appreciated. Link to original thread below.

Which wireless card and which OS?

I installed the Intel bluetooth driver and the latest driver for my Intel wireless card and paired my Nexus 5 with my MSI GT780DX notebook running Windows 8.1 very easily.

Intel BT for Windows and Intel Wireless driver v3.7
    Station-Drivers - Intel (Wlan)

My Nexus 5 also pairs well with the built in BT in my Hyundai ix35 Tuson
