I've recently bought the vostro 2510 and it came with the dell 1395 minicard, the problem is that it detects all the networks and you can even add one on your list, but whenever i click connect nothing happens. It detects everything fine but refuses to connect. I turned wireless zero on and nothing works still, any thoughts?

Do you have MAC address filtering on? How about encryption? Are you using any type? If so did you make sure the password you use is correct?

We need more information before we can recommend possible solutions. Please list the following:

Your operating system (Vista Basic, Business, Ultimate, etc)
The network you are trying to use (802.11g/a/b/n, etc)
    The router used
The encryption/security used on the router
Any other networks that you've tried
If you have connected to the router via ethernet cable, and if that worked

Try another open wirelles WIFI hotspot and see if you can connect. If that's the case, try the same procedure with yours - where does it go wrong?
