I recently bought one of these cards and installed it in my Dell Studio 1555, but the thing just won't work. The thing seems to pick up the card okay, and it's in the device manager saying the drivers are okay. But it just won't connect to any networks, when I do the Intel diagnostic it tells me the card is either disabled or uninstalled, and the Windows troubleshooter tells me there's a problem with the driver. Does anyone have a solution to this? My previous card was the 5300, which I replaced because it kept cutting out.

I did. I used several different drivers and none of them make it work. I really don't know what it is.
