    Hi,

I'm using a Dell Inspiron 6000 with network card Intel/Pro Wireless 2200BG version 9.0.2.25. My wireless internet was working flawlessly until I tried to install WinMX. As it was doing its network setting test, my internet stopped working. I can connect to the wireless router, the connection I get is excellent. However I can't connect to any websites or use programs like msn messenger. Any ideas? :(

Well, did you try removing winmx? I don't know why it would mess with your network connection though.

Well, I have a Dell I6000, but I don't have WinMX. On my Desktop at home, I had an excellent High Speed connection, and then installed WinMX, and it totally destroyed my connectivity, I had to uninstall it, and re-install all my other network drivers. I would suggest removing WinMX immediately. Most P2P programs are vulnerable to spyware and viruses, I'm not the person to talk to about which one is best, although I use LimeWire, which is probably in itself pretty bad...
