Has anyone else here had a problem getting their 1318 to connect to the wireless router in their home? I just got my 1318 yesterday and it was able to connect to our wireless network at work but when I got it home, it would not connect to my Netgear WGR614 router at all. I turned off encryption and it still wouldn't connect. I am thinking it might be an issue with the wireless N card in the 1318 and my G router. Anyone else run across this?

    Nope. No problems here.

I don't have an "N" card, though, and I use a DLink router.

my thinkpad had/has a similar problem switching form University wireless to my home wireless(both G).

    when it happens I:
open the wireless icon: select 'view availible networks...'
the I select 'diagnose and repair'
usually something has 'turned off' the wireless card and it asks you if you would like to enable it.
    select 'Turn on wireless'
and that is what works for me. give it a try.

I have tried everything on this router I know to do....

    1. Enabled G only...with and without encryption
    2. Enabled B and G...with and without encryption
    3. Enabled B only...with and without encryption

still no luck....I guess I need to look for an N router or a USB G adapter....thanks for your feedback...
