I have an M11x-R2 that has a Dell 5620 WWAN (Gobi 2000) card for Verizon. I would like to use my Sprint 3G account, instead of Verizon. I have the Sprint SmartView software and I have the correct profile. The problem is that I cannot update the profile for my WWAN card unless I have my service programming code (SPC) or the master subsidy lock (MSL). I have seen a program for Windows Mobile devices called GetSPC but they are .CAB files and won't work on my laptop, which is running Windows 7 64bit. I have heard that sometimes you can find the SPC or MSL in the registry somewhere, but cannot find that either.

Would anyone have any idea how to find the SPC or MSL for a Dell 5620 WWAN Mobile Broadband Card (Gobi 2000). I think Novatel makes the actual card.

Thanks in advance, if anyone spends time checking out my post.

So you want to carrier unlock the Gobi2000? Often times, even if the Gobi is unlocked and CAN be used on HSPA/EDGE networks, Sprint blocks the ESN of the Verizon cards. So even unlocked it can't be used on anything but VZW, or any GSM network. BTW... Gobi is Qualcomm. That's probably why the Sprint version of this card is the 5720, not the 5620.
