So here we have two N Cards: One from Dell and the other from Intel. The 1515 N card comes a standard upgrade to Dell laptops for those wanting an N wireless capable card while the Intel 5100 is the N card for some non-Dell notebooks. How will you compare the two? I know that the 1515 is a rebadged Atheros card but how will does it stack against Intel's wireless? Would love to hear from those with the cards as I'm still using the G-draft.

I don't know exactly Dell 1515. But at least I know Intel 5100 can only do 2x1 spatial streams, which means 300Mbps max for receiving and only 150Mbps max for transmitting.

Just for comparison, my Studio 17 previously used Dell 1510 (Broadcom rebadged) and it is capable of 2x2 spatial stream scheme. So, 300Mbps max both ways.
